Meet Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren Eichar, photographer, educator, and mom on a mission to help you finally feel confident behind the camera.

My love for photography actually began with an obsession over creating beautiful, artful iPhone photos back in college. That passion quickly grew into a business when my now-husband and I dove headfirst into the world of wedding and family photography.

I’ve been photographing professionally for 13+ years, capturing hundreds of love stories and sweet family memories. Now that I’m 3.5 years into documenting my amazing kiddo, Avett, I’ve come full circle. The iPhone is what’s doing the trick for me again.

Lauren Eichar’s Photo School was born from a desire to go back to the heart of why I picked up a camera in the first place: to document real life. The messy, magical, everyday moments we never want to forget.
